Default Guess who's at it again....

Howdy folks....It's Mr. Freaky Calves again.

I post the logs for the last several weeks soon. Goal.....lean out to 200 lbs then work on that muscle mass to get as hooge as my body will naturally allow....or at least get my arms to match my legs. LMFAO.
