Default mab's training log

Hi everyone, it's been a long time since I've been on here. I've been busy with a lot of things lately and have really let training slip by me. This was my last summer before actually having to start college and wanted to spend that time with a lot friends before they went away and things like that, but now I'm back.

I have my schedule and it seems I'll be able to lift 5 days a week like how I used to. The only days I'll be too busy with class to lift will be Tues and Thurs.

I don't really have a plan at all right now and am just playing off what feels okay, this week was the first week I had even lifted since June. I'm looking for any and all advice and comments and looking forward to being apart of the community again.

(This is my first time lifting in over a month and a half so excuse the weakness )

Nothing has been hard yet, was just feeling where everything was. I don't really have a plan yet but I know I want to go back to my 5 days a week lifting, maybe not right off the bat but definitely in the next couple months.

Some short term goals:
1. Deadlift 600lbs on a regular basis again and for 2 reps again by January
2. Bench 375 with a Pause by January
3. Squat 475 by January
4. Be able to do at least 50 straight push ups again
5. Be able to do 25 straight pull ups again
6. This one is less important but squat 315 for 20 again, this one is on the backburner though

So please feel free to post and recommend anything or even tell me I'm doing something wrong, trust me you won't offend me I know that I know nothing about programming.

Can't wait to see what everyone has been up to since I've been gone!

Notes: Squats were rather easy, I only took about 2 mins in between sets. The set of 20 was a bit harder this time around than I originally expected, it wasn't so much that it was too heavy but that my cardio just sucked that bad.
