Default Muscle_G's bodybuilding log

Hey everyone been awhile since I've posted.

A little info on myself
I used to compete in powerlifting at 220/242 weight classes but I have not competed in over 2 years. My best lifts were 625 squat, 450 bench, 500 deadlift, 205 behind the neck push press, 1145 for 4 reps on the leg press and those are the only PR lifts I can think of over the years. Recently at the first of this year me and my wife split up I got pretty depressed. Well since the break up I have met an amazing woman and have never been happier. I have been just doing bodybuilding training to try and look as good and be as healthy as I can be. been training 3 days a week(that's all I got time for at this moment)

Sun- Arms
Tue- Legs/low Back
Thu- Chest, Upper Back, Delts
