I'm almost 6'...much taller than most BBers... most "ideal size" or "natural potential" calculators (incl. wrist/ankle measurements) put me heavier:

e.g.

Chest Size (inches): 46.2
Upper Arm Size (inches): 16.5

Really? I just did 20 reps with 135 (after 3+ months away from squats) and I was fine.
