Default Just started The Texas Method.

After a month off to train for and run two obstacle course races, I've started training again and have begun a new program after spending a year on 5/3/1

Bench
5 x 80kg x 3
Had to drop the weights as I was struggling.
5 x 75kg x 2

Squats.
5 x 80kg x 5

Deadlifts
5 x 150kg x 1

Really not sure how this is going to unfold. 5/3/1 was a lot more straightforward.

Hope it goes well! Definitely more volume overall with the main lifts. Guess the deadlift is less though.
