Nice deadlifts man, I am avoiding them for a while, last time I did them they left me sore for almost a week, and definitely ruined some lifts.

C&P says that cleans and shrugs will build your deadlift, so I will believe him. In a few weeks I will test my max and see how things are.

Keep up the good work!

Deadlifts don't usually put me out for too long... My biggest problem with them is keeping a good grip on them at heavy weight. I don't like using straps unless I absolutely have to, so I've been looking for some good grip exercises.

Hardcore deadlifts. But dinner sounds better. Frank is my best friend. And thanks for the head's up on Animal Pak. Almost bought some last night.

I need to start strengthening my grip now. I really don't like the idea of being attached to heavy weight and now being able to drop it.

Awesome DL's. Keep hitting it hard.

Just lift heavy. Your grip will catch up.

Gotta post...

New PR!!!

Was messing around with squats today and learned two things...

1. MethylMass makes you jittery as hell until you start lifting hard, then it puts you in the fucking zone.
2. You don't know until you try

Started doing triples,
- 3x3x315
- 3x3x365
- 3x3x405
- 1x3x425
- 1x1x445
- 1x1x465(PR)
- 1x1x485(PR)
- 1x1x505!!!!!!!!(PR) - 5 plates per side feels beast as shit btw

Calf raises - 3x12xStack

FUCKING JACKED!!!!
Have a great fucking weekend guys!
