Default Adam Driggers

My first post here at Muscle and Brawn.

Last night was my second week in a three week wave of deadlift training. This wave consist of moderate weight for sets of 6 to 8 for the pull with varying rep schemes for accessory work based on whats left in the tank.

Pulls:

430 x 8 for 3 sets



This was the third set of three. I was spent after this.

Pull-ups:

3 sets of 5 (This was lower than normal as I was spent from the pulls)

Rows:

275 x 8 for 3 sets

Shrugs:

405 x 10 for 3 sets

I will usually do some wide grip pull downs here, but I was squeezed for time.

I've always liked your conv dead form. What mental cues do you use? Or...what cues did you use to develop that groove?
