Default Sticking to the plan!

Decided to start keeping a workout log just to keep track and maybe get some advice/feedback especially cause I train alone out of my garage lol.

Squat (80%) 4x6
Deadlift (80%) 2x6
GHR 4x5
Standing Leg Curls 3x8

I train in my basement myself, I like it cuss I can work on density and other odd ball stuff without crazy looks.

Lol I know exactly what you mean.I started training at home because there is only 1 gym in my hometown and it doesn't even have a place to squat so I decided to get a home gym.Ive Got a powerack,fully adjustable bench,elitefts ghr,cable cross over ,and Olympic dumbells which I bought a ton of 10s and 5s so the dumbells woundnt be so bulky.

very nice, I built all my stuff other then the bars DB's and plates. I'll soon be adding some more equipment but nothing big.
