Barbell Lunges-95x10,115x8,115x8

Superset with

Standing Calf Rasies-240x8,240x8,240x8,240x8

Seated Calf Raises-90x12,90x12,90x12

HS AB Bench-20x15,20x15

I didnt have access to a box, so I just used a bench. It worked well and when I sat down I was at parallel. I just stopped for a full second and then exploded up on every rep. I stopped the hack squat because they were hurting my knees. I threw in some lunges instead. My legs were toast after all this!!

Barbell lunges are an absolute killer. Great numbers.

Thanks Ripped! It's possible I might be this year. More than likely I will opt for a longer offseason though. I'm doing a 10 week lean bulk and I'll see where I am at and get some pics up for everyones opinion. At that point I would be 14weeks out from the show I have my eye on.

Default Push Hypertrophy

10 Degree Incline-155x8,155x8,155x8

Life Fitness Incline-130x10,150x12

Standing DB Press-30x10,30x10,30x10

DB Side Lateral-10x15,10x15(Still Progressing very slowly on these)

Skullcrushers-65x8,65x8,65x8

Dip Machine-150x10,150x10

1 Arm Reverse Grip Cable Pressdown-17.5x12,22.5x10

Great Workout! Chest was really pumped and triceps were toast after all that pushing. I love being able to take in all these carbs again, my vascularity was pretty crazy with the pumps today. I feel like i'm actually leaning out a bit more. I know i'm not and its probably just from the added calories filling me out a little more. I'll weigh tomorrow and see if my weight is up at all. Pull workout tomorrow and then I plan on taking saturday completely off, not even doing cardio. Its been a couple weeks since I've had one.

I did a 3 site pull for my skinfold reading tonight.

Abdominal-8mm
Chest-6mm
Thigh-10mm

According to the software puts me at 6.4% BF. Skinfold is not the most accurate form of measurement, so more than likely my bodyfat is probably a true 8-9%. I'll take these measurements again in 10 weeks to see how successful my lean bulk was.

I had to have 2 surgeries on my right shoulder, in 2000 and 2001 BOTH related to a torn Labrum!! I currently have a seperated biceps tendon actually haha so trust me man I know shoulder injuries and pain!!!

Ice is your best friend (I didn't see if you had the work done yet or not, but either way it doesn't matter listen up). Ice down daily! Heat is optional, I never use it on my back per surgeons orders, but I do use it on the shoulder as apprived by my physical therapists...

Capzasin is painful to use but it works, reduces inflamation within the joint and ligs/tendons and helps move forward with training thereafter, they sell it at CVS or wherever for $10-$16 a bottle...

Do your home therapy and stretches without second thought! Never put training ahead of stretching when it comes to a bum shoulder man! If you have 15 minutes to get in the gym, do your thing and get out, and it's chest day... f*ck chest day and stretch man! Trust me, I'm speaking from years of abuse POST-OP and am currently paying the price...

Good luck with the show man! I started 17 weeks out my first show, and 12 weeks out my second, I was too flat my second diet despite it being a month or so shorter than the previous cut... Damn carb loading (well lack there of).

Good luck!!
