I like keeping my calories pretty much the same everyday, Keeps a constant supply of nutrients. I keep track of my macro's so I am planning on just making adjustments by my weight gain from week to week. Last week I didnt gain any weight, so I added in an extra 50g of carbs. So I will just keep making adjustments like that until I feel it's time for a mini-cut.

I dont do cheat meals, but I eat whatever as long as it fits into my macro's for that meal. I made some pizza yesterday and on most days my post-workout meal is steak and potatos. So I am still enjoying the diet without cheating.

Really good workout today. First time I have had an upper body pump in probably 5 months or so haha

Got all this done in about 45 minutes. I was really moving today. Weights are feeling good and keep going up with no pain! Going to do some cardio tomorrow on my off day. I'm up about 1.5lbs so far this week, so it looks like the calories might stay pretty much the same next week.

I finally have some time to start getting back around to peoples logs. Saw this pic of you, and thought to myself. Add matt to the list of peole I need to keep an eye on around here. The only problem is, we keep getting such great lifters that list is getting to long to keep up with.
