Thanks! Yes, I am aiming to put on as much size as possible over this year and then hopefully cut for another show sometime in 2011 if i'm ready. I'm waiting another 2-3 weeks before I really start trying to bulk. I'm going to use these next couple weeks to allow my shoulder a little more time and also to slowly get my calories back up to a good level.

What's your bulking approach? Straight maintenance + 500, or stagger you calories day to day, or other?
