Right now I am really working hard on my form. I used a different techique today with my bench press. I squeezed my shoulders together and blocked up as tight as I could and it help me push a few extra reps today. I don't know if this is proper form or not can anybody help.

The squeezing your shulder blades togetehr is a good start.

Did you find that you were still hitting your chest by doing this? Or did shoulders/lats take over??

Could be more of a P/L benching form...dunno?

Todays workout was real good.

Overall Workout Grade: A+
Time: 55min.

Squats: 170lbs. 1x8 , 1x6 , 1x7 (increased weight by 5lbs.)

Standing Calve Raises: 170lbs. 1x25 , 1x25 , 1x20 (increased weight by 5lbs.)

Stiff Leg Deadlift: 185lbs. 1x8 , 1x7 , 1x6 (increased weight by 5lbs.)

Bench Press: 140lbs. 1x5 , 1x4 , 1x5 (increased weight by 5lbs.)
I tried the technique the BTB showed me an instructional video. I hepled alot. I felt the weight more on my pects and less on my shoulders.

Bent Over Rows: 150lbs. 1x7 , 1x6 , 1x6 (added 4 reps )
