Thanks. I really don't call them PR's. Ihave only been lifting for since about October. Everything I do is better then the time before. In june I am going to really hit some 1-2 rep maxs. By that time I should be pretty close to my 6 month goals.

I wake up ravenous every morning. Sigh.

Nice squats btw!! I don't know if it was mentioned, but just in case, some things for grip strength that might help, if you're having trouble:

1) Chalk.

2) Straps to finish up the last sets, so you don't compromise your lifts because of your grip.

3) Farmer walks.

4) Plate pinches.
