I am going to Austin for the weekend to visit the in-laws. I am going to try and pay for a one day pass at the YMCA so that I can get in my Friday workout. I will catch up on all my posts on Sunday when I get back on Monday morning.

Default Feb. 5, 2010 - Workout B

Todays workout was okay. I found a YMCA to workout at while I was out of town. They gave me a free pass for the day. The only thing I really didn't like about this Y was it wasn't very bodybuilder friendly. I had to wait to bench press and I had to wait to do dead lifts because a man was using a light bar to do overhead presses. However I worked through it and got done in record time.

Workout Grade: A
Workout time: 45 min.

Workout B

Dead Lifts: 230lbs. 1x6 , 1x5 , 1x5 (up 5lbs. from last week)

Front & Back Overhead Press: 100lbs. 1x5 , 1x6 , 1x4 (5lbs. increase)

Rev Grip BB Curls: 70lbs. 1x7 , 1x6 , 1x5 (up 5lbs. from last week)

Close Grip Bench Press: 135lbs. 1x6 , 1x4 , 1x5 ( Kinda disappointed only a 1 rep increase.)

Upright Rows: 80lbs. 1x6 , 1x5 , 1x5

Supps:
Whey Protein Iso.- (1 scoop before WO - 2 Scoops after WO)
Creatine - (1 scoop before WO - 1 Scoops after WO)
CLA - 1000mg - 2 tablets 2x a day
Fish Oil - 1200mg - 2 tablets 2x a day
Multi-Vitamin - 2 tablets a day

**** happens on CGBP. keep at it. i really like this exercise and i think its going to reignite my bench.

i think the biggest thing to take from it is you actually got the work out in. the effort for that alone deserves a pat on the back. keep at it!!
