Ok kids. Drove till 1 am or so from Jacksonville, Fl, 300 miles or so to Ft. Meyers, Fl.

Weighed in at around 8:30 this morning and hit 272.5 for a clean ride in to the 275 class. It's 9 pm now, I'm back up to 278. Chilled out and hit the gulf coast beaches today for about an hour, it was my sons first trip to the beach. He had a blast.

I'm feeling pretty damn good. Ready to fire tomorrow. Chomping at the bit to get going. The weigh in was at The Weight Pile. It's a new powerlifting gym run by Burt and Mindy Underwood. They are good people. If you are in the area and looking for a gym, definitely hit them up.

I'll report as I get the time tomorrow.

Just some light pump stuff today, first day back since the meet. I'm having to change operating procedures for a bit. Its all in an effort to get healthier. The idea is take 3 weeks and add something in every week, and assess from there. This is week 1. Conditioning is added, with sled drags and walking everyday. Next week the diet will be introduced. Its a CBL based diet, that with minimal adjustments, can be done indefinately. Week 3 will introduce some sort of supplimentation. Byrd is sponsord by USPLabs, and Brian is sponsored by Nvie, so I'll see what they have to offer. I'll put that week of depending on how I feel, and how much I've lost at that point. The idea is huck it down to 250 or so, so I can compete at 242.
