It was a pr kind of night. Everything over 495 was a pr, Byrd hit a pr, and Jason, one of our training partners hit a few prs. I won't lie 585 was pretty damn heavy. It went up. Lockout was a little shaky, but we are 4 weeks out. I have some time. Not much, but a little.

Nothing went right today. Squats went fine until I went straps up. Even with as light as it was, I couldn't find the groove until my very last rep. The same with my deads. Everything felt crappy. 605 was easy, but I couldn't get to the bar and set up right at all. Everything has gone very well up until this point, so, I can't let this derail me.

After that, I took off my belt, shirt, and wraps an tossed them on the ground. I was super pissed. I should have touched with the last 2 weights. There are no excuses. I didn't come in prepaired today. I didn't do what I needed to do to come in and do work. My fault. It will not happen again.

Face Pulls

Curl Ladder alternating hammer curls
Worked from the 15's to the 65's x 5 reps each arm, and back down to the 15's the same way.

It was nice to not worry about weight or anything today and get my pump on. Squat day Saturday, here I come!
