Set 2 - 8 reps x 65% of 1RM
Set 3 - 6 reps x 75% of 1RM
Set 4 - 4 reps x 85% of 1RM (heaviest set)
Set 5 - 6 reps x 70% of 1RM
Set 6 - 8 reps x 60% of 1RM
Set 7 - ??? reps x 50% of 1RM (burn out/pump set)

that's 37 reps (not counting the burn out set)

Also, you could do 5 sets instead of 7 sets
lol, 6 reps is higher than i ever do.... usually 3-4 range and a few singles.

maybe... i guess.... ill just run the buckeye for a while

Don't worry...you have many years...Pick and stick!

At this stage, whatever you do, run it until it doesn't work anymore. That way, you'll get whatever development you can out of it and you'll learn a lot about what works for you...both are invaluable.

just don't make the mistake of too much variation and constant prgram changes.

i do change programs.... rep ranges a lot.... but i always make sure i am progressing... if i switch to lower reps, such as from 5 to 3, i make sure i add enough weight, instead of the people who deload for months after changing.

alright, haha, the race is on.....

one thing though. you squat much deeper than me (based off your front squat vid).

i sqat pretty wide, which only allows me to go down slightly below parallel... but a lot of time i end up squating a few inches high or just parrallel...

when you FS 315 ATG, i will be doing it barely parrallel.

ill get some vids up, maybe saturday of my FS.

what were you back squating before the smolov run?
