You just keep on upping the weights like nothing Kman, and someone mentioned CROM, who the hek is that or what is it? I must have missed something.

T bar machine- 90x6, 135x5, 115x6, 115x6
DB curls- 30x8, 37.5x6, 45x5
Tri push down- 40x12, 50x12, 60x12, 70x12, 85x4

NOTES
-felt tired. got home late, had hardly eaten.
-low back is still ****ed up from deads.
-shoulders sore. felt like poop. still went up on all weights as supposed to, i've just been adding another single to the end (that today i missed.)
