no, i have enough (bench, 600lbs, 2 bars). i have no room for a rack, plus id rather just hit the gym.

Bench-135x5, 155x1, 175x1, 185x1, 205xfail (got up with slight help of spotter), 205x same as 1st
Squat-135x5, 205x5, 235x2, 245x1, 270x6PR, 280x1, 290x1, 300x1PR YES!
Shrug- 135xwu, 225x3, 275x3, 315x3, 335x2, 355x1, 315x3, 315x3, 315x3

NOTES
- im pissed about bench, i had shit form on my 1st attempt and i tink i could have had it
-on squats this powerlifting kid spotted me. he like held onto my tits the whole time, so im not sure if these cound. he says he wasnt helping me just keeping me straight, idk?????

That's a monster squat achievement. Welcome to the 300 club kman. If anything, having him hold your tits made them harder because you had to fight him pulling you out of form.

And the shrugs look good as well.

hes a fucking beast and has or does PL. it just seems like when someone touches the bar on the bench press, and you cant be sure if you have it your self.

my total right now is only- 865 right now. I hope to break into 900 very soon though

and i was disapointed with the shrugs(compared to my DL), but im sure very soon they will go way over my DL.

after reading this blog post by C&P, i found out what i thought was shrugging wasnt really shrugging, it was "some form of odd public masturbation"


i really want to get these up.


Front Squats will be preformed shortly. ive been sitting around bored and pissed off all day and better have a good workout or my anger will carry on to tonight and ruin my watching of The Bachelor (SRS)

IDK, whats the difference. probably power shrugs becuase i ended us half shrugging, half calf raising it haha.

WORKOUT-
Bench- 135x5, 155x2, 165x2, 175x1, 185x3PR, 185x2, 185x2 will go for 185x3x3 next week
Front Squats-115x5, 135x5, 155x2, 175x2, 185x5PR, 185x5, 205x5SUPER PR
DEADLIFT- 135x5, 225x3, 275x1, 295x1, 315x1, 345x1, 375x1PR

NOTES
-bench went decent. still a pr cant complain, but thought i could get it for 3 sets
-front squats went amazing. they 185 felt very easy (as it should, i started low), so i went for 205(pretty hard).
-deadlift went up QUICK!, until above the knee i would say 180 or 185 for sure. this is wierd becuase my problem used to be off the floor. I'll probably start rack pulls to help this.

ALL AROUND GREAT WORKOUT! GOT SOME OF MY ANGER OUT AND HOPEFULLY WILL ENJOY THE BACHELOR im so fucking pumped up right now! cant wait for a 405 DL
