Glad to hear your feelin ready and rearing to roll again.

All these CnP logs is causing a bit of chomping at the bit to run it again. Once my lifts stall, i think im going back.

DEADLIFTS(FAIL)135x5, 225x2, 275x1, 315x1, 315x1, 335x1, 340xfail I DONT KNOW WHAT THE FUCK WAS UP! I FORGOT MY CHALK AND I USED STRAPS AND IT MADE MY FORM EVEN WORSE!

I THEN FOUND OUT I'D BE STRANDED AT THE GYM FOR TWO HOURS

SO I DID A LIGHT DAY ON TOP OF THE ABOVE
CGBP-95X10, 115X10, 125X10, 135X9PR for ss's, 135X8, 135X6

SUPER SETTED WITH

ez bar curls- (weight of plates only, no bar)- 20x10, 40x10, 50x10, 50x10, 50x10

a bunch of other random shit such as

seted cable rows- 140x8, 140x6

a bunch of random shit

db curls- 40x6, 37.5x5

terrible workout.

Hang in there Kman. I had the same crap happen to me tonight. I used straps on deadlifts and felt like it was fubaring my form. Shitty workouts come and go. Ignore them and drive on. You know where you're headed. Don't let anything slow you.

will do. today was just a pain in the ass. i was forced to go to the gym earlier than usual which just fucked everything up
