Cheers Folks

A bit of a Recap

I lost the battle with trying to constantly beat my existing PRs, I got sick of the constant head fuck of trying to figger out weighs to improve, I love smashing PRs but hate the constant second guessing of myself, so I pulled the pin on the idear of going back into competition, for now any way. Lifting is serpost to be fun, isn't it ?

I'm just working on some weak spots for now.

Why the ssb? I see so many using bands and chains with it. What is the carryover to regular squats?
