4/6/14, Heavy Day

Didn't get to do close grip like I wanted, a bunch of bros came in and hogged both benches for an hour, 20 minutes lifting and 40 minutes bullshitn'

I'm seriously thinking about paying the extra money and going to the National Fitness. I talked to a guy that goes there and he said they had (4) flat & (2) incline benches plus (2) squat racks. My boss goes there, just for cardio, I'll ask and maybe he can get me a discount. If not; I may just pay the full-price anyway.

This thought finally hit me today, "if you don't go with the flow doing chest & bicep's 4 days a week like all the bros, your just an outsider & a misfit in the gym". When they ask me "what are you working today?" and I answer "everything", they give me the weirdest looks. They dont know what to think of someone doing fullbody.

Squat
: 265lb - 2x5 + 1x3

Incline Bench: 170lb - 2x5

Barbell Rows: 165lb - 2x5 + 1x3

OHP: 120lb - 2x5 + 1x1

EZ Curls: 60lb - 2x11

Skull Crushers w/EZ Bar: 60lb - 1x10 + 1x9

Weighted Situps: 30lb - 2x15 + 1x11

Cardio: walked 1 mile

4/9/14, Light Day

Felt good today. Good enough too throw in some Ab work.

Weight loss has kinda' stalled, my weight is just hovering around 250lb's. One day I'm 251lb, a few days later 248lb, then 2 days later I'm 250lb.

Odd thing is, my legs, arms, and around my collar bone looks like I'm getting leaner. So even though scale's not moving, I notice some subtle changes. Is it just water weight?

Anyway; I decided to try cutting back on the carbs (no bread, rice or pasta) except for maybe on cheat day, and work on cutting down my portions. I try to eat as many whole foods as possible, but after 6 months I gave up on counting calories, because I just eat same stuff almost everyday.

I want to get down to 220lbs.

If you guys have any suggestion, I'm all ears. OK... on to the good stuff...

Deadlift: 300lb - 2x5 + 1x4

Peck Deck Flyes: 80lb - 2x15 + 1x12

Seated Cable Rows: 120lb - 2x15 + 1x8

Upright Rows w/EZ Bar: 50lb - 1x14 + 1x12 + 1x10

Leg Curls: 50lbs - 1x15 + 2x12

Tricep Cable Pushdown: 50lb - 2x15 + 1x13

Concentration Curls: 30lb - 2x15 + 1x12

Weighted situps: 30lb DB - 2x15

----------------------------------------
Cardio: walked 1 mile - 18min

Yeah they are brutal. Hang with them, they will get easier (eventually).

4/11/14, Moderate Day

Before i said i would shoot for 3x20 on leg press, but i think 3x15 is enough. If i feel like i need more, I'll just add an extra set every so often. Found out the leg press sled weighs 90lb's, so I'll add that into my numbers.

Squat: 215lb - 3x10

Power Shrugs: 310lb - 2x8 + 1x5

DB Bench: 60lb - 2x12 + 1x8

DB Rows: 105lb - 1x8 + 1x7 + 1x5

DB Shoulder Press (Seated): 45lb - 2x12 + 1x7

Leg Press: 340lb - 2x15 + 1x13

*340lb on leg press is (2) 45's per side + (1) 35 per side + (90lb sled)

Close Grip: 145lb - 1x11 + 1x10

Side Bends: 50lb - 2x15

4/21/2014, Heavy Day

Gym was closed Sunday so i went Monday, never doing that again. That place was packed and my workout took longer because i had to sit and wait for equipment. It sucked .

What really pissed me off was these 3 guys who spent 20 minutes just leaning on a bench, not using it, just hogging it so they could bullshit. They had no respect for other people and no gym etiquette.

I had to wait and do Incline Bench after squats, OHP, & barbell rows, so i didn't have a lot of energy to put in them. By the time i got Incline done the place had finally quieted down but I was tired and hungry, so i just did some direct arm work and left. No Abs or cardio.

Squat:
bar x 10
135 x 5
185 x 3
225 x 2
245 x 2
255 x 1
265 x 1
265 x 5
265 x 5
265 x 5
265 x 2

OHP:
bar x 10
95 x 5
105 x 2
115 x 1
120 x 1
120 x 5
120 x 5
120 x 3

Barbell Rows:

135 x 5
155 x 3
165 x 2
170 x 5
170 x 5
170 x 5
170 x 3

Incline Bench:

bar x 5
135 x 5
155 x 3
165 x 2
170 x 5
170 x 5 *last rep grinder

EZ Bar Curls:
50 x 3
60 x 12
60 x 11

Close Grip:
135 x 5
145 x 2
150 x 10
150 x 9

Done...

4/23/2014, Light Day

I started using a "seated leg curl" machine and the weights on that thing cant be right. I had it up to 135lbs but it felt more like 60lbs. I like using the machine but the weight isn't accurate at all.

225 x 5
245 x 3
275 x 1
295 x 1
300 x 1
305 x 5
305 x 5
305 x 3
305 x 2

Peck Deck Flyes:
60 x 5
80 x 15
80 x 15
80 x 15

Seated Cable Rows:
100 x 5
120 x 15
120 x 15
120 x 10

Upright Rows w/EZ bar:
bar x 5
50 x 15
50 x 14
50 x 10

Seated Leg Curls:
135 x 15
135 x 15
135 x 12

Tricep Cable Push-downs:
50 x 5
60 x 15
60 x 11
60 x 9

Alternating Curls (Standing):
30 x 15
30 x 12
30 x 8

Weighted Situps:
