This past year was eye-opening and I got plenty of gains and knowledge to actually buckle down and take this seriously. So here is a log that will take me from here on out.

3-3-2014 Shirt work

I was actually feeling really good today. My back and hips are still a bit tight and my left knee is kinda swollen (took a couple nasty spills on it within a month this last year).

I'm using the APT Apex single-ply shirt and may switch to an Inzer 2-ply that Charlie has as the APA's standard equipped lifting is up to 2-ply.

Bar for a few sets.
95 for a few triples and a couple fives.
135 for a few triples.
185 for a few triples.
225x3
275x3
Add shirt
315x3x3 to a 4 board

Incline Triceps extensions with Elbows out
30x3x10

Hammer Strength Iso row
2PPS x 2x10

I took plenty of time warming up and getting things loosened up a bit. After 235 everything was to a bit below parallel box.

I hadn't had much to eat and I'm still feeling a bit beat up from last Saturday. But it felt good to get back squatting and pulling

Next week I'll work on getting more into the gear and getting on a bit more of a set schedule.
