Haha. I ended up with a 76 on it, the average score being 66. The prof needs to curve the grade, still, so I should be in B range.

6-8-2014 deadlifts

I haven't pulled in a while and the squat rack was taken up.

365x5, 405x5, 425x5, 445x5, 465x1

Rack pulls above the knee: 325x6, 325+ orange bands x6, 325+grey bands x6

DB rows: 55x15, 65x12

Called it a day cuz hungry and worn out and out of shape. Haha.

Close grip 225x3x5
Hammer Strength bench machine 3x10
Hammer Strength Row 2x15, 1x12
DB Triceps extensions 3x10

Didn't have much to eat today, so that probably played into things a lot. Also, discovered that my bench shirts don't fit anymore. Time to look for some gear that fits and maybe think about losing some weight. Haha.

Hammer curls

Good session, shoulders are a bit weaker than I'd like. Time to go squat and deadlift.

Got my CPAP adjusted yesterday, so there'll be more pressure. I slept so well last night, and I can't remember the last time I kept the mask on all night. Life's gonna be good

11-25 Squat/deadlift

540x1.5. Lost it in the middle and had to go back down and dump the bar. Definitely should have had it. Looking at the video, I think I let my chest collapse.

Deadlift 315x5x1

Box squats 415+reverse light band 3x3

Not gonna make excuses. I probably shouldn't have gone for the 540, especially beltless. I think it is time to step back and just train to train, not think about a meet. I need to get over the little sickness I've had and come back strong once the semester is over.
