Leg Extensions
2x10x200 I think

A lot of core work after this, decline situps and ab wheel. That was it, quick workout more to come later after the second session.

Thanks btb, I hardly ever do leg extensions. I just wanted to see where my strength was at them. And I found out the my quads are being sufficiently stimulated, so I probably won't do leg extensions for about another month or so.

I just really do not like leg machines.

I don't really care for them either. I occasionally get knee tendinitis and work them in from time to time as a form of prehab. Though truth be told, I work rather do leg extensions as opposed to flyes.
