Little late, but here is today's workout

Arms Circuit day
First Circuit
Fat Gripz Curl 85x10-15
Tricep Pushdown 130-150x 12-15
Hammer Curls 45sx10-12
Band Pushdown average band x 15

Did this circuit 3 times in a row with no rest doing an ab exercise in between each so bis, tris, ab, bis tris abs etc...

Next:Added in cable curls (90x 10-12) and overhead tricep extension (65x 10-12), did this two times through in the same fashion as before, little more difficult

Final circuit: Added in reverse easy curl bars (75x12) and skull crushers (75x12)

Good day, not too much rest during this workout so it was pretty quick. I am now home for easter, so I will be doing some sort of workout in my basement. I have limited stuff, but I will figure it out. Definitely speed deadlifts, up to 300 pounds plus band tension, should be enough.

Look good Jwood

That was epic amount of volume on the bench, hows your chest feeling from it?

I use fat gripz and I like them a lot. I ordered them directly from the fat gripz website, that or elitefts is really the only place that I have seen them.

I think they are great, I use them for a lot of things and they have helped improve my grip a lot.

Deadlift speed day
Worked up to 300 with light band as resistance
205x1x1
255x2x1
275x1x1
300x7x1

ATG Squats
135x4
185x4
205x2
225x2
285x5 sets of singles
185x4 to finish

Seated Military Press, higher reps since I had to clean it into place
135x10
145x10
155x8

Good workout for being in my basement and my equipment has not been used for a while so I had to do some cleaning prior to working out but it worked out fine in the end.

thanks guys, speed work felt great. The high rep presses were a lot of fun too, nice way to mix things up today and get somewhat of a deload. Bench press on sunday, tomorrow is a much needed day off with some trout fishing!
