I had to change up some of the numbers since I failed on my top set. I will slowly work up to 2 singles with 295, then drop to 280 for the 2x2, so I basically bumped everything down a set on the way down. Once I hit the sets of 245 I got a second wind, and these sets all went well. Hopefully this is a sign of good things to come.

Also, on the sets of 245 and under, I did the last rep with a slight pause at the bottom just to get the feel. Good stuff

BW plus 45 x 3 sets x 10
Never did these with weight and they really kill the biceps and different parts of the back, good stuff.

This is all we did, since benching took over an hour and killed my body, but a really fun workout. I love high volume bench press!!
