Just make sure you deadlift at least once a month, if you stay away from it too long, your technique will slowly unlearn itself.You don't need to go real heavy, just keep it in there so your body doesn't forget to do it. Just some advice from someone who forgets a movement after one month of not doing it. LOL.

AB WHEEL is painful and prob my only approved ab exercise for strength lol. Keep up the solid work!

I was thinking of doing speed pulls every once in a while, probably on light days. I am sill going to include DE bench and squat on certain days also.

What do you think of trying doubles or triples every 2nd to 3rd week with a lower percentage? Not saying this would be better....just thinking out loud.

Question for this are the singles doubles and triples for set supposed to be the same across or just whatever weight you can handle for that set?

I am definitely going to be adding in more doubles and triples. I think I like triples better than heavy singles for certain lifts. Today I think I am going to do bench press with triples and see how that goes. Not going to worry about the percentages, I will just go as heavy as possible.

The singles doubles and triples should all be different weights, just go as heavy as you can, for that number of reps.

Did another "light day" yesterday, it was a tough workout.

The bear-3x5x135
Wanted to do more sets but this was wearing me out.

Pullups 3xfailure- lost track of reps somewhere around ten each

Farmers walk- used 2 olympic bars, awkward but I wanted to try this and it worked pretty well.

145 on each bar, not sure the distance, just walked across the gym

I will be going heavy later today.

how are you liking C&P?

so far ive been loving it. I really like the light days (and of course the heavy days).

also how were the bb farmers walks? i think ill try these when it gets warmer

A) Anything with the bear is considered a heavy workout for me.
B) I would have stopped after the bears.

C&P has been great so far, I think 3 exercises a workout is too much depending on what they are for heavy days. Maybe when my body gets used everything I will be able to do three heavy lifts.

The bb farmers walk were very awkward and difficult, I suggest trying them, it will give you some weird soreness. Overall, worth trying.
