Yes they really draw a ton of attention, there is a lot of weight slamming while doing these. But they are hard as hell, so I gotta do them.

Most likely not, I graduate in May so I will probably be at home in Philadelphia. But there is always a chance.

I am throwing out an idea here for my bench press. It seems to have stalled again and here is my idea. I will integrate part of the Sheiko training system. The system helped my bench a ton, so I feel like I should use it again. Here is how I would use it:

Sunday: Sheiko Bench day
175.0 х1х5 210.0 х1х4 245.0 х2х3 280.0 х6х3

Wednesday Sheiko Bench Marathon
175.0 х1х8 192.5 х1х7 210.0 х1х6 227.5 х1х5 245.0 х1х4 262.5 х2х3
280 х2х2 297.5 х2х1 280 х2х2 262.5 х2х3 245 х1х4 227.5 х1х6
210 х1х8 192.5 х1х10 175 х1х12

Previously while on sheiko I was benching 3 times a week so I am not worried about over training. I am also keeping the 5/3/1 for squat and deadlift because I think it is great for lower body stuff but just not enough volume for bench.

Essentially here would be my basic plan for a week:
Monday 531 Squat, C&P push pull
Tuesday Circuit
Wednesday Sheiko bench marathon, explosive movement(snatch, powerclean)
Thursday off day, or short circuit day
Friday Deadlift 531, squat, push
Saturday off
Sunday Sheiko Bench only (this session will be kept very short, bench and leave)
