for the record- i may be starting on something such as your program or C&P again soon... i'm just getting the itch, lol.

what's keeping me from switching is it would **** up lifting with my lifting partner... although it's probably good and i should probably do my program for a while longer...

I know what you are saying, but if you wanna switch I say go for it. You were getting great gains before when you did C&P, right?

Does your partner have an interest in C&P, or something like my program? Maybe you should present him with the information, he may like it. I say its worth a try, because a good training partner is tough to find.

he's now doing my split. he always wants to add a ton...

his problem is he'd try to add too much volume to it and mess it up.

yes i was getting good gains until i started to get "drained" after months of it.

i'll probably present it to him like you said... the only think i'll miss is the iso work and drop sets and **** like that lol.

I know what you mean, but you can do lighter iso work on your off days.

Just plan out some workouts and show it to him. After doing 15 singles at 90% of his max, I doubt your partner will want to add too much volume.
