Yes I have seen this video, he is just a monster!!! I am doing the chaos and pain workout, so I am training 5-6 days a week, and I just take days off as needed. I train heavy 3 times a week and the other 3 days are something lighter, like a circuit routine. The light days are kept really short.

I felt like a pussy with the 180 until my quads swelled up so bad that I could not get off of the machine and realize that I lost count at 43. It was a great feeling.

BTN presses have to be the most painful awesome exercise ever!!

i did them as part of the bear and dropped the weight on my neck by mistake one rep.

it hurt like hell and that was with only 65lbs and i was controlling it down.

but i want to add these soon

Dropping the weight on your traps made me think of the vid.

Hardcore schedule, looks like you're rockin' it.

I have only done heavy presses to the front for a long time...for my current routine, I will be trying BTN also...tomorrow is the first 20-rep shoulder session. We'll see how it goes...

Hey, serious volume in a time limit is no joke. I'm more likely to puke from that than heavy weights!

I decided to take a much needed day off, my body just feels tired. My thoughts are that it will just make tomorrow a better day. Tomorrow I will be doing bench press, zercher squats, and barbell rows and I am not sure of the rep scheme yet.

Anyone that has not tried BTN push presses should, my shoulders and traps are completely torn up right now, the soreness is incredible. My legs feel very tired and I think that is from the high volume on leg press. Much needed rest, I have been sleeping like shit too, I definitely need some rest.

im trying to figure out what the hell i'll be doing today.

im worried to go extremely heavy today, becuase i dont wan to fuck up mondays squats and bench

Today is only Thursday so I am pretty sure your body would be ready by Monday, that is a while.

That is the way to do it. I took about 9 days of non workout rest, with the exception of moving furniture just because I was feeling really beat up from my trainings, and wanted to go into my meet strong. Rest well then SFW the next session!
