Looking good, bro. By the way, deadlift singles are the worst fucking thing on Earth. Nothing will wreck you like they do. As such, I don't do them every week- it fucks up the entire rest of my week for lifting. They're an exercise I do fortnightly, at best. The rest of the time I stick to clean and press and ultra heavy shrugs, which keep my deadlift on a steady upward trend without resulting in my death, haha.

Awesome workout I can already feel my legs dying. This was a very high paced workout I was drenched in sweat after only squats. We finished in about 70 minutes which is pretty quick. Usually have some distractions but I was on point today. Great workout!!

Looking good Jwood. How do your shoulders feel on those heavy CG benches? The reason I ask is that I've had to start being much more cautious with those as I climb in weight.

My shoulders feel fine when I do close grip, sometimes I think they feel better than when I do heavy wide grip. I feel there is less tension on them.

Free squats are just standard back squats, I am used to doing box squats so now I specify when I squat without a box. Just normal squats.
