It was nice to hear Jamie say that he trains less than someone for once, lol. I get the same issues that he gets, around my knees starts to feel weird after squatting a few days in a row. I generally try to avoid that, three times a week is plenty for me. But I vary my squat movements throughout the weeks so I do not get tired of doing the same old movement.

I have a spreadsheet that I could easily put into a list, the sets and reps are not exactly what I use but if you want it I can get it to you

185x 2 singles, not feeling it, back and legs were very sore so I did not even shoot for a pr

Chest supported rows very wide grip

Felt pretty good, used strict form for these.
