Dam Just made a bet with someone id rep 4 plates on deads in 4 weeks and all of a sudden bye bye central nervous system. today was bench day but 185 felt like 230 been feeling weaker this whole week too. usually im able to hit deadlifts after squats this week it was a no go looking at the pr thread makes me wanna get stronger, but i guess its time for a deload. Ive already added about 40 lbs to squat and deadlift this past month and probably half that on bench so guess its not too bad. Lol.
