wow just wanted to say the support on this board is awesome I'm definitely gonna start doing more than logging on here.
Btw vital stats 5'8" 15 years old 155 pounds bit on the chubby side

You sound pretty close to my build. I was skinny-fat, meaning that I wasn't way overweight on the scale, but looking at me I was chubby.

So the workout today was alright I need a good pre workout meal though anyone have any suggestions on foods to eat and how much before to eat them???
But deadlift was at 315x3 my form was horrible though So I am probably going to go back to deficit deads next week.
Overhead press I did 110x3 was a bit dissapointed So I did a set of push press with a heavy double of 125
Did front squats ramped up to 135x5 Had some mashed potatoes corn and chicken for dinner was good

First off welcome aboard man. I did madcow's over winter and lifts went way up, so reps on a good choice. Got my squat peaking out at 405lbs :P

As for a pre-workout meal you'll be wanting some form of protein...why?

Well Protein helps keep your metabolism burning hot throughout the day, which makes it the perfect bridge between breakfast and lunch.

Something like Tuna boats, is what I have preworkout.

1 can tuna
1 Tbsp of low fat honey mustard dressing
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped apple
2 Tbsp plain yogurt
Ground black pepper to taste
14 ribs carrot, rinsed and ends trimmed

How to Make It

1. Put the tuna in a small bowl and break it apart with a fork. Add the honey mustard dressing, onion, apple, yogurt, and pepper. Mix well.

2. Spoon an equal amount of tuna salad into the gutter of each carrot rib. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until you're ready to eat. Makes 7 servings

I don't eat all 7, usually keep a couple in the fridge lasts me 2 days

Oh and subbed.

As a younger guy I ate 90 minutes before working out, and used t have something like 4 eggs and ramen, or tuna and ramen. I know, not the best, but I was a poor college kid.

Now I generally eat a banana and a whey drink one hour before working out. I don't know if that helps much...

Quinoa is a rock solid choice. You can put in a little salsa, add some cubed chicken, and it's light on the stomach and tastes good.

sweet that sounds pretty good I'll have to try that sometime soon. Hopefully I can get a job soon so that I can afford to have whey before and after workout. Now that'll be cool. But might as well get used to eating real food for supplementation for now.
