Ice and heat. And as jwood says, some pre-hab. I have recently started some prehab these days, and it warms up the shoulder region nicely.

I think you should try to prevent the injury instead of just allowing it to come back whenever you try to push it. I have dealt with many shoulder injuries from rugby and the only things that help are ice and bands.

Hey Grim,

Try some BIO Freeze cream. I had a chiropractor give me some a couple of years ago for a back problem I had. It comes is a tube. You apply it after a warm shower in a couple of coatings. It works great.

Default Reviving GPDT

Bench press- 145x6 (5min)*
BB row- 155x8

As i stated before im reworking the program design a bit, and incorporating Prilepin's chart. Not a bad workout, but i swear i feel weaker lol.

*Screwed up the timer and set it for 5hrs, so i think i ran over the time limit by a few seconds.

I also decided to test my bb curl out of curiosity and did 120x2 so i think that was a pr.

P.S. Lemonade Xtend tastes like shit

Prilepin basically compiled a lot of data about olympic lifters, and the optimal volume of training when using a certain percentage of a one rep max. The westside crew uses it in their training, and it seemed like a solid idea to use it with GPDT.
