well i was trying out C&P but my work capacity is to low to do it justice so instead i decided to work on that for a while, using a slight variation of Pavel's 5x5x5. so here was day ones workout

Squat- 1x5 190ibs
Bench press- 1x5 115ibs
Deadlift- 1x5 205ibs

i was just about to make a thread asking where you were....

nice workout. im learning it really doesnt matter much what program your on, as long as you keep adding weight even while switching programs

wasnt saying you shouldnt change, if thats what you thought.

Thats a pretty good W/O. I would like to try C&P, but I need to get my strength up a little more.
