I like this aspect of C&P you can do whatever you want and it really allows you to attack your weaknesses which can not be done on a lot of powerlifting routines and I can see how the program gets you strong and jacked

Default Da Bear Sucks

Well did the bear, or a modified version, and went way to light but it was still pretty brutal cardio wise.

The Bear- 5x5 70ibs

My bear mod- dropped the back squat for an overhead squat, the transition was feeling way to weird

a word of caution this sucked a 70ibs the 180ish that dude used would really suck. also if you have shoulder problems i recommend using my mod instead of the original
