1) To make this site a fulltime living.
2) To not turn it into a circus/car accident...with the purpose of drawing eyes for supplement sales.

Hear this => I DON'T need to make a boatload of cash a year. I'm not greedy. If I can get away from having my own supplement store here at MAB, I will. Why? Because supplement sales impact how you do business.

If I can make a living off advertising revenue, and have some good supplement partners like IPYU and M&S, all will be good. My life priorities are not monetary. My life priorities deal with family, friends, and making just enough money to work from home.

Sure, over time we will get dissenting opinions on the board. But discussion will ALWAYS remain respectful. Real men treat other men with respect.

To quote Body By Gamma, MAB will always be about Smashing Fucking Weights. I don't care how you do it...just do it.

In the end we will respect one another by what we do, and not by what we know. That is MAB. That will always be MAB. It is more important to move weight and grow muscle then it is to talk about moving weight and to talk about growing muscle.

That is why members must post pictures to give hardcore advice. It's a trust factor. I post on several other forums and none of them require pictures. You have no freaking clue who's giving advice.

At the end of the day, you can read my slant on training, and align that with my log and pictures. And decide for yourself your direction.

I could easily run my mouth, put up a bullshit avatar, and act like King Shit. Any of us could. But I won't, and I don't. And I won't let anyone else do that. I don't want to be a guru. I'm just a hairy, smelly man who loves lifting and his wife, and I want to share that passion with other lifters with a sincere desire to overcome.

Man, I get so tired of forums where "experts" have 50,000 posts and not one single image. Excuse my language...but shut your damn mouth and put up a fucking photo.

This attitude will prevent MAB from being a house of trolls.

Last year I was nearly run off BB.com from some asscake know-it-all who wanted to debate me. He had all his troll friends neg rape me because he believed you didn't need to squat to get big. I confronted him, and asked for a picture. And you know what? He looked like my mother - thin and frail.

I've also had confrontations on other forums with "naturals" who've claimed to weigh 230 pounds ripped and have 20 inch natural arms. But guess what? No pictures! And guess what else? They were pimping their training program like it was God's gift to the universe.

I'm not going to pimp anything other then hard work. If you want results, go ram it in the gym! Find your own way - a way that works for you. Seek advice, ask questions, and encourage others! Ultimately nothing works better then determination.

I want to see each of you succeed. Read that again. That is all that matters to me. I want to be surrounded my men that impact me. And I hope to impact other men.

I don't want to sell you supplements. Or a training program. Or on myself. MAB is not about that. I will not submit to the industry. There's too much of that already. This is what trolls will get at MAB...

Good read BTB! I am happy to be here and for to Grim for referring me, this is the main forum I go to now. I go to bb.com occasionally and read the misc and teen misc for a few good laughs. Other than that I observe the teens in the teen section about there training programs and most are crap. Glad I got on the right track, thanks to Grim. I told myself I am going to do very well this year since I now know what the hell I am doing now.

EPIC post!

I love it!! This is the kind of stuff that gets my blood going. I just got done lifting, and I'm ready to head back out, and hit it again after reading that.

Good workout Grim. You do one set of GMs, or multiple?
