Default BobbyMac's Phatass 2014 Transformation Log

Here are some great shots of me in my bedroom in my underwear. Hope everyone likes these. And there are more where they came from! I intend to take a couple every 2 weeks for your viewing pleasure.

For real though I don't think I'll realistically be competing with any seasoned bodybuilders but maybe I'll see some progress at some point during these next few weeks. I'm on a new program where I'm squatting 3x a week so that has to be good for my chicken legs.

As far as diet goes, I essentially eat when I feel hungry and shoot for healthy food although that doesn't always happen. I definitely meet my protein intake requirement as I really like meat. I also like beer. I may try and experiment with carb cycling but who knows. Check out my training log for more info on how I'm able to maintain such a sexy physique.

yeah... so apparently when I said I'd be posting every 2 weeks, what I meant was 3 months...

This is my final physique pic. I know I have a few more days but I'll be out of the country when the due date rolls around and I don't want to forget.

As I compare the two, it's obviously not that impressive. I think I got a little more muscular in my torso, but despite a larger emphasis on my legs (squats 3x/wk... check out my log), they really haven't grown at all.

In the end, I feel really grateful that I've been paying more attention to my strength gains as a point of reference. From what I hear, I should be trying to lay a foundation of strength first.

At this point, I'm totally happy doing that.

My final weight is at 106.5kg. I've obviously been gaining weight but it doesn't look like it one way or the other. Now I can go to an amusement park and totally win a stuffed kangaroo or something from the weight-guessing guys.

I might even be able to win another one from the sledge hammer one too!

I know my official transformation window of opportunity has expired, but I just wanted to add this one to show the progress I've made in the last few months. I stopped drinking so much alcohol and cut out most carbs from my diet while I switched to rep-goal-style training.

In the picture I couldn't replicate the same lighting or else I think they would have looked better. So in the end, so far I've lost a total of 10 kg (22 lbs) while gaining strength. I had no scientific way of measuring my muscle size but I'd like to think I kept most of it since my strength has gone up.
