Default my stuff

Gonna be logging my work in here...currently running 5/3/1 Boring But Big. Sometimes I'll do more than required but never less!

Also trying to get some level of cardio in each day!

Today was my OHP day with a 126 training max (90%)

Got it all in except the 5x10 chins...ended up doing lat pulldowns in its place and did a few sets of chins at the end

Tonight was rough finding my motivation for deadlift training.

Got 15 min. On the elliptical to warm up

Deadlifts 5/3/1

70% 3
80% 3
Then hit 90% 5

Felt like I could have got a couple more but I left it there since I was happy for the 5 lol

Then onto the 5 10...volume ugh lol

Started off 15 min. On the elliptical with some stretching too.

Jumped into my warm up sets for bench...

Working sets 70%3 @ 120 w/ 3 sec pause
80%3 @ 136 w/ 5 sec pause
90%5 @ 150 w/ 1 sec pause

50% 5 10

Then finished with 5 10 db rows!
