Ok late on the log but last night was squats and it went...

186 x 3
210 x 3
236 x 3 but did 2 sets

Then finished with the 5 x 10 @ 130 squats...

Tonight was OHP...

1 mile on the elliptical and then some light squats snd push ups to warm up

2 warm up sets then into working sets

90 x 3
100 x 3
116 x 5

Then 5 x 10 at 66

5x10 lat pulldowns @ 110

1 mile on the elliptical to end ...

Ok...tonight was deadlifts. ..

1 mile on elliptical and light stretching to warm up...

2 warm up sets...

Working sets. ..
230x5
260x3
My final was 290 for 1+
pulled the one and somehow hit the volume button on my phone in my pocket killed my ears...set bar down...turned down music then pulled again...switched from a sump style to conventional and pulled again

So they were more like singles but whatever lol...

Then my 5x10 snatch grip deads at 50% just to change it up for today...

Then only did 3x15 leg raises and 5 more min on the elliptical

Bench day!

1 mile on the elliptical. ..two warm up sets...

126x5
146x3
160x3

Yup got 2 extra reps at 95% of my T.M.

Then 5x10 @ 50%
Db rows 5x10 w/ 50 lb db

Also did some low pulley cable curls
stiff arm push down
Triceps push down

Then another mile on the elliptical!

Friday night under the bar SQUATS. ..

1 mile on elliptical and 2 warm up sets...

Working sets were. ..

196 x 5
220 x 3
246 x 3

Thought I had more in the tank for reps on my top set but nope lol no excuses though

Then my 5x10 squats @ 130

5 sets of lying leg curls
3 sets of leg extensions
1 more mile on the elliptical

Felt dead after lol

On that OHP today...

Normal warm up for me...

Working sets

96 x 5
106 x 3
120 x 4

All felt really great too!

Then the BBB 5x10

After that did some lateral rises 3x12
Then another mile!!!
