Whatever floats your boat. Right now you and I are in the same boat, so progress is progress. Maybe a little more volume would help. It's not strictly keeping with the program, but it couldn't hurt to run with it for a while.

there's one at my gym. i only did 2 sets with it, granted not much ab work for a few weeks prior to this day but my abs are so so sore today it's incredible it's worth getting one

took yesterday off because i came home from work tired as crap and with a ridiculous headache, i ate and fell asleep idk what happened to me ha. i'll rest today as well and hit the gym tomorrow...

why waste money on an abwheel? you can use a curl bar or regular barbell with 10's or 25's on them to do the same rollouts
