Yeah, I'm leery of power cleans myself. Probably an age thing for me. I would like to have someone teach me, but no one at my gym does them so... I know Rippetoe has a low opinion of rows, but sometimes you need to stay within yourself for the greater good of the program. Otherwise, the workouts look very good so far. Keep inching toward the goals. Don't rush it, you've got the rest of your life to lift.

Bench is my toughest lift right now also. Right now I am at 135lbs. When I started I thought I could more. My one rep max might be 150 right now. I am going to workout with the routine I am on now and in a couple of saturdays I am going to put up some max effort lifts the post on my progress. I need to get the strength up in my chest. I

Keep trying hard and every little bit of weight counts.
