8 workouts basically... so like around three weeks and i'll be hitting my maxes and surpassing them

also i think i'm going to start doing pendlay rows instead of power cleans, i feel like i can't get the form down and it just won't help me

have you tried hang cleans (i know not part of SS)?

i've recently started trying them out and they seem a lot simpler than PCs

i haven't... my brothers actually doing them for football lifting now.. i might try them out after SS is over, but for now pendlay rows all the way

I might actually be switching to Pendlay's real soon. I'm getting so strong on Yates that my grip is giving out before I finish the set. Let us both go forth and Pendlay!
