The reason I brought up weight gainer is that it might not hurt to drink the milk in a shake. Not with a bazillion scoops of weight gainer, but one or two for taste. Just thinking out loud.

And stick around me long enough and you will no longer be lanky.

I like this idea, just a little bit of some weight gainer to switch up the flavor a little, I get sick of the taste of milk after a while so one scoop might be enough just to add a little variety.

Eat big and train big and you will get big, no more lankiness.

I went to a gym a few times with a friend. It was geared torward retired people. It was crowded and the music they played sounded like the music they play in elevators. By the time I moved from one piece of equipment to another I had been waiting for a while and I was cold again.

You had a great workout. Keep it up.

Nice workout. One of the beauty things about this routine is you only need two, or at the most three stations/pieces of equipment. I found that when I was doing this I had to wait for the squat rack once in a while, but since that was my first lift, once I got going it was pretty quick. Keep up the good work.

yeah on my b day all my work can be done in the squat rack or with just a barbell, pretty damn nice
