Real good workout. Thats to bad on the presses. It was a godd try, you don't know if you don't try. Congrats on the PR's. I had to knock mine down a couple of times also, 10lbs. can be to much sometimes.

PR's are always nice. Way to go! That is a very good strategy to knock off 10% or so and make another run at the presses. That has always been a bad lift for me. Persevere though. It will happen.

i think i'm going to go down to 95 for 3x5 then add reps each week till i hit 8 then go up five pounds.. how does that sound?

Squats were great weight just keeps adding on, deadlift form felt great today check the video. Bench was good could only push out 3 reps on the last two sets but maybe 4 reps next week then 5 the next i'll just keep pushing

You are doing some great stuff here, you will be repping 200 on squats next week!!! Way to go, these are some awesome numbers!!

Deadlift form looks good, your hips may be a little high, but I would not worry about it. Good stuff bro, keep it up!!

Looks good. But need to drive with the hips more. Try to throw your hips into the weight while keeping your back arches, stomach full of air and chest up.
