Comments:

It felt good to be back in the gym after being out for so long. Strength has gone down so much. It was really depressing at first, but I know it will come back the more I train. Treated today as if it was my first time ever in the gym, so I took it easy and didn't go too heavy. Back in the gym Thursday.

A lot happened in the past week, my gym had to close down for a few days because of flooding in the area, so I carried on as normal today

Front Squats: 40x9/40x8/40x8
Deadlift: 60x5/80x5/100x5
DB Bench: 20x10/20x8/20x8
DB Press: 7.5x10/7.5x10/7.5x12
DB Curl: 7.5x10/7.5x10/7.5x8
Close Grip Bench: 40x12/50x8/50x6
Abs: Planks, side plank, weighted crunches

Comments:

After doing the DB Bench, my shoulders were also killing me, so when I went onto the Shoulder press I couldn't lift anything substantial. I think next time, I will do my front squats, then my db bench, then deadlifts, then press. It gives my body time to recover and I'll be able to lift more weight too.
