Operation DadStrength // PL Meet Prep, BIG Training Plan
Suddenly my training, nutrition, etc. has taken on a whole new meaning. I will be chronicling my trip to Fatherhood and beyond (when I have time to, haha).

Today I am starting my meet prep for a potential meet in April (POTENTIAL). I've heard great things about Jon Byrd's BIG Training Plan. I reached out to him to help me with my programming, and he agreed to help me out!
