Pic of my Home Set-up...

Took a while and good chunk of coin to get it here...the rubber floor was SUPER expensive.

It's on the ground floor facing my back yard so it's awesome in the summer with the double french doors both open...not so nice in the rainy cold that we are getting now in my neck of the woods.

VERY happy with...next up is a dumbbell rack

That floor matting looks excellent. The horse matting I have keeps pilling part.

Any clue what your matting cost per square foot?

Thanks...super happy with it.

I actually bought if from a company that supplies commercial gyms...the area your looking at is about 10x10 and it set me back near $500...and I installed it myself (total pain in the ass but saved me a couple hun).

I noticed you put a number at the end of each set. Is that showing how much effort you put in or is it how close to failure you were?

I enter my training session into Fitocracy and then cut and paste it here...the numbers are Fitocray points...total silliness but I find Fitcoracy a VERY convenient way to track my training sessions so I use it for that purpose and ignore most of it's other features.
